All in one Time and Attendance recording for busy Londoners
Britain is the ‘sickie man of Europe’ says a European-wide survey, suggesting that a fifth of UK workers feigned an illness the last time they took a day off work as sick leave. A poll previously conducted by insurance firm AXA and the Confederation of British Industry, the UK’s top business lobbying organisation, revealed that Greater London had the lowest levels of absence in the UK, losing 5.8 days. Susan Anderson, director of human resources policy at the CBI, said: "Everybody gets sick and employers understand that most absence is genuine."
Time and Attendance South East can keep up the level of busy Londoners by maintaining standards of productivity. Our all-in-one Time and Attendance recording system enables Job Booking and Job Costing, extensive European Working Time Directive checking and reporting, and comprehensive user-definable working, patterns, rosters and shifts. Another example of the advanced features included in the software package is Annualised Hours. This keeps track of time worked throughout the year by a particular employee, so unusual sickness or absence patterns can be identified.
