Staff bonuses can be included in company export to payroll by .NET system
Many of London’s workforce will not be receiving a bonus during the forthcoming Olympic Games. “It’s London and it’s the Olympics and you should just get on with it,” was the verdict of one 25-year-old anonymous Harrods worker, who did not want to be named. Dave Choo, who runs a tourist stand in Oxford Street, central London, believes staff should be remunerated. Mr Choo said he would pay his staff bonuses in line with any extra money they brought in over the Games period.
Staff bonuses and other matters related to company pay and hours are easily dealt with by Time and Attendance South East clocking and payroll .NET systems. The WinTA system allows you to create a series of shift premium rules that enable employees to earn bonus payments under special circumstances. The bonus is calculated either as extra hours or monetary amounts and can be included in the export to payroll. Standard reports show the average hours worked during any period.
