Bonus agreements from £500 to £900 have previously been agreed for staff at Docklands Light Railway, London Overground, London Underground, Heathrow Express and Network Rail. Transport for London (TfL) welcomed the news on the offer. TfL managing director of surface transport, Leon Daniels, said:

“We welcome the news that Unite’s leadership has accepted this pay deal.”

Time & Attendance South East ensures the correct hours, shifts and payments are allocated 100 per cent of the time to your organisation’s workers. One of the clever functions of our comprehensive time and attendance systems is Secondary Pay Bands, where certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier. Groups are used to define sequences of shift patterns. Rolling Groups repeat a block of shift patterns. The block can contain any number of days or weeks.
