A pair of Essex thieves have been sentenced to 12 months custody for stealing a valuable work of art from a house in Hertfordshire. Twenty-two year-old Liam Hughes and Jason Parker (19) both of Coltsfield, Stansted Mountfitchet, admitted stealing the sculpture and a bronze plinth. They were sentenced at St Albans Crown Court for the theft occurring in July of the work, which was situated at the Henry Moore Foundation in Much Hadham and created by the famous artist in 1965.
