The new development will be located on the former Ekco factory site, in Southend’s Priory Crescent, and, beside the homes and the 16-bedroom hospice, will also feature a small office block facing Priory Crescent, to appease councillors’ concerns over the loss of employment land.

 

An official application for the development will be submitted to Southend Council later this year.
