Construction work begins on new speculative office development

Construction work has begun on a new speculative office development in Slough that, when completed, will offer businesses rental opportunities either as a whole or on a floor by floor basis from 22,339 sq ft.

Designed by architecture firm Flanagan and Lawrence and located at 234 Bath Road, Segro’s four-storey, 70,000 sq ft building is being constructed to meet "high occupier demand as a result of the falling availability of high quality, modern grade A office space" in the Thames Valley region.
