Absenteeism at work can trigger a time and attendance system email
London’s Blackfriars station was affected today (December 7, 2011) by construction workers taking part in sudden strike action. Blane Judd, chief executive of the Heating and Ventilating Contractors’ Association (HVCA), which represents the seven construction companies involved, said: “The claims by protesters and the Unite trade union that the new proposed agreement will lead to massive pay cuts and workers heading for the sack are total fiction.” The workers say changes proposed by management would mean lower wages.
Time and Attendance South East time & attendance systems cover the collection, monitoring, analysis and reporting of all clocking and payroll matters including Working Time Regulations. WTR rules can be modified to suit your company’s Working Time agreements. Manning levels in our advanced WinTAnet network are based upon employee skills required during the working week. Any shortfalls to the expected requirement, due to absenteeism for example, can trigger a system email or SMS alerts. A separate module is available for rostering and manpower scheduling.
