Business clocking system deals with diversity in working rules
Leading BBC programmes could be affected by industrial action as staff will be balloted over a major strike. Unions also did not rule out action during next year’s Olympic Games in London. Journalists, technicians and other staff at the broadcaster will decide on November 4 whether they are to strike over concerns about pay and working conditions. Hit shows at the BBC headquarters in White City, West London, could be disrupted if walk outs go ahead.
Time and Attendance South East are the premier suppliers of Time and Attendance systems in the region for businesses, including the city and metropolitan area of London. Standard reports in our WinTA systems include Weekly Clock Card, Payroll Summary and Absence Summary. Additional features are available, which can be implemented to take into account diversity with working rules between different organisations. One of these extra features is Secondary Pay Bands, where certain pay bands pay into other bands either on a 1:1 basis or by using a multiplier.
