Clocking network is unrestricted by the number of employees
Ambitious plans for Chatham Dockyard could result in up to 3,500 jobs created. The Peel Group has submitted a proposal for a Brownfield site near the River Medway. Development director James Whittaker said: “We own a 100-acre site at Chatham docks and over the last 10 years about 50 acres of that have not been utilised. We felt it was important to help with the regeneration of the Medway towns.” The scheme would be known as Chatham Waters and could start next year.
