Digital technology generates records of historical movements of visitors in a premises
Two local men have been charged with obtaining services dishonestly after they were stopped by security staff at Suffolk’s Latitude festival and were arrested. James Dowsing, of Browning Close in Romford, and Jake Knowlden, of Lulworth Drive, also from Romford, were charged with obtaining access to the popular event by a dishonest act, or without making payment for an entrance ticket. Both the 18-year-old men are due to appear before Lowestoft Magistrates’ Court on the afternoon of July 31.
