iPhone Application allows colleagues to view their remaining leave entitlements

Essex fire crew union members have finally struck a deal with bosses on terms and staffing. Essex Fire Service and the Fire Brigades Union shook hands on issues like manning levels on Tuesday evening. Essex Chief Fire Officer David Johnson said: “The Service will face significant financial challenges over the next couple of years and it is important for us all to focus our energies on the future and learn to work together once again.”

A Mobile SSM App is available to download in the Apple Store from Time and Attendance South East. The iPhone Application is designed to add to the features already available within Time and Attendance South East’s Self Service Module by offering a set of clocking and absence related self service features. This application offers many excellent features, allowing work force colleagues to clock IN or OUT, request a period of absence, and view their remaining leave entitlements, recent clocking history and current flexitime balance.
