Make business budget savings with integrated rostering and job costing network
Kent County Council needs to make £97 million budget savings for the financial year 2012-2013 out of its total annual budget of more than £2.2 billion. Savings required are more than last year when £65m worth was made. The authority says it has made efficiency savings of £38m via streamlining its finance departments. The majority of that has been achieved by cutting down the number of staff by about 640, by either not filling vacancies or through redundancies.
Your firm or local authority can make budget savings not by radically changing the way it does business but by installing a Time and Attendance South East WinTA smart card integrated clocking system. It combines time and attendance, payroll, rostering and job costing. Existing customers can upgrade to WinTAnet. Many new application concepts have been incorporated and updated for use in the new system. A specially developed upgrade tool is used to migrate all information from legacy systems into the new system’s databases.
