PC Clock requires no clocking station to record pupil attendance
The Coalition Government has launched an independent review into how school capital is spent so it can be focused on where primary school places are most urgently needed. Figures show schools in some parts of London are taking large numbers of extra pupils. Secondary schools in Harrow, north London, are 12.7 per cent above capacity, while numbers are as high as 12.5 per cent in Westminster and 9.6 per cent in Hammersmith and Fulham. The revelations come despite the fact that many other schools actually have spare places.
Among Time and Attendance South East’s market leading attendance recording networks is a simple PC based booking system called WinTA PC Clock that allows employees to accurately record their own individual clocking data. It is a cost-effective method as neither a clocking station nor a new time and attendance network is required. It is ideal for schools as a way to supplement or replace a register for recording attendance. Pupils or employees are simply presented with an input screen on their PC allowing them to clock in and out.
