Revenue generating toilet turnstiles are good news for accounts departments
The Maldon District Council finance and corporate services committee are to be asked next Tuesday (November 29, 2011) whether to allow payments to be made to parish councils who want to run their own public toilets. The committee is also set to discuss the future of the public toilets in Tollesbury, which are still closed. An initial agreement with a business close to the Woodrolfe Road toilet block has been mothballed because its hours of business are limited, finishing at 2.30pm every day.
Developed from the need for council authorities to provide public conveniences to a good standard, Time and Attendance South East offers Coin Operated Toilet Turnstiles. These generate revenue for the WCs’ general day to day maintenance, cleaning and upkeep. The turnstiles are manufactured from graded stainless steel for ease of cleaning and maintenance. The generous revenues that can be generated from the turnstiles to maintain the toilets are good news for accounts departments at councils or any other business organisation.
