Staff can make holiday requests via attendance recording internet browser
Passengers on London’s Underground network this week had to endure disruption to their journeys due to a strike – and those in outlying areas dealt with snow during the big freeze. Union members including those of the Rail, Maritime and Transport Union (RMT) stopped work on Sunday evening to begin their fourth 24-hour strike. The RMT said this week’s strike was over LU’s refusal to suspend plans to cut ticket office jobs for 12 weeks while talks are held. About 80 stations were closed due to the action.
Harmony and morale among your workforce is boosted by the most efficient and user-friendly smart card attendance recording system from Time and Attendance South West. The on-line self service module in our WinTAnet package allows employees or contractors to view or change their personal information via an Internet Browser. Access to the self-service module is username and password protected. After a successful login, staff can view their absence calendar and make holiday requests; and add or annotate reasons why they were absent.
